I’ve been part of roleplay and gaming communities since the late 1980s (Yes, I'm Gen X), starting with tabletop RPGs (like AD&D, Mechwarrior/Battletech and Werewolf: the Apocalypse), moving through early online text RP, forums, and chat-based dice systems, and eventually into MMORPGs, virtual worlds, and private RP servers. Like many of you, I didn’t arrive here through one game or one platform. I followed the stories wherever people were telling them.
Over the years I’ve played, led, and helped run RP groups across many systems and communities. I’ve seen creative spaces thrive, fracture, recover, and fail, and I’ve learned that what matters most isn’t the setting or the ruleset, but how people are treated and how conflict is handled.
My leadership style is grounded in kindness paired with honesty, (not insincere niceness or strict political correctness). I believe in player and staff accountability. Mistakes happen; they’re how we learn. I don’t judge people for honest errors, but I do expect ownership of actions and sincere effort to make things right. Growth is always preferable to punishment, and forgiveness is always possible when it’s earned.
My goal is to maintain a fair, non-toxic environment where everyone has room to participate, experiment, and enjoy themselves. I’m not motivated by popularity or favoritism. My friends know better than to cheat my rules. Rules exist to protect the community, not to elevate individuals (me included). Staff have responsibilities beyond ordinary play, but those responsibilities exist to support fairness, facilitate RP, and preserve trust. Players can trust that I oversee the staff carefully, coaching when mistakes are made and maintaining a trustworthy, competent staff team.
The Bound Realm is built to give your creativity room to flourish and leave a mark. If you have ever felt like a server wanted you to play a background character in someone else’s narrative, know that this space is meant to be different. I am here to build something with you, not over you.
TBR is a dark fantasy, high-conflict setting where adventure and eroticism come together for epic storytelling potential. Choose from a roster of familiar races, each with a custom twist of flavor. Then enter Lythria, a cursed land where slavery is practiced by every culture, where blood and breast milk are traded as commodities, and where every alliance conceals a bargain, every faith demands loyalty, and every throne casts a shadow.
I’m excited to see what you build upon that foundation.
